The Best Thing I’ve Done in Aruba (and I’ve done a lot!)
Booking a private catamaran charter was hands-down one of the most unforgettable experiences we’ve had on the island. We started at Varadero Marina, just south of the airport, where a beautiful catamaran and incredible crew were waiting just for us. With room for up to 15 people, it’s perfect for families, friends, or a special celebration.
From the moment we stepped aboard, the VIP treatment began—champagne in hand, good music (you can connect your own playlist), and a friendly, knowledgeable crew who made sure everything ran smoothly. Food and drinks are fully included, and they go all out! Think massive charcuterie boards, fresh fish tacos, crispy fish balls, and even grilled chicken skewers. The open bar is stocked with premium options like Tito’s, Don Julio, Johnnie Walker Black Label, Bacardi, Prosecco, wine, local beers, and more.
We loved it so much, we went out a second time with friends and cruised north to Boca Catalina. Another epic day—great snorkeling, drinks flowing, music playing, and delicious food. We already booked again for our next trip and can’t wait!
Pro Tip:
I highly recommend doing a full day charter if you can. The time flies by and you’ll be so glad you gave yourself extra hours to soak it all in.
