If you’re a foodie in Aruba, Alto Vista Bistro at STR Agricultural Farm is a must. This hidden gem serves up big flavors in a relaxed, down-to-earth setting.
The porchetta sandwich? Life-changing. Perfectly seasoned, slow-roasted pork on fresh ciabatta with their signature sauce—rich, juicy, and big enough to share.
The lasagna? So good we buy one to-go every time. Super cheesy, packed with flavor, and easily feeds two.


The menu also rotates with brisket, lamb, and skewers, all made with top-quality ingredients. Grab a seat outside at the market or take it to go with a cold Chill beer.

I couldn't resist their mouthwatering Caesar salads and pizzas, especially during their Wednesday special—2-4-1 select pizzas, a steal! This beloved local gem is more than just a restaurant—it’s our go-to hangout, our “Cheers,” where the staff greets you like family and the good vibes flow as freely as the drinks. Whether you’re dropping in for lunch or lingering over dinner, the food is always on point. From the crispy coconut shrimp to the melt-in-your-mouth tuna tataki, every bite bursts with bold flavor.
While the ribeye and steak brochette come in one size, many of the other dishes are available in both small and large portions, making it easy to mix, match, and share.
There’s also a daily $12 Barhap special that changes daily—and it’s always something delicious and satisfying. My favs are the lasagna, half chicken and the chicken cordon bleu!
