Food Trucks &
Snack Shacks

Conveniently situated next to the Citgo gas station on Route 3 in Palm Beach, you'll discover the BBQ Express truck—a haven for BBQ enthusiasts!

Dive into a delectable selection of burgers, wraps, and sandwiches, each bursting with flavor.  Don't miss  the sauce bar, where you can customize your dish to perfection before hitting the road!

Tucked inside a historic old ice factory in downtown Oranjestad, Bodegas Papiamento is so much more than a distillery—it’s a flavorful, sensory-rich experience that beautifully blends Aruba’s culture, craftsmanship, and charm.

You’ll find a lot more than spirits here: browse their on-site chocolate shop, hat and cigar boutique, and a fun, eclectic gift shop offering everything from cookbooks to island-made alcohol and unique souvenirs. Whether you’re looking for a cool gift or just want to explore, there’s plenty to love.

While their spirits are currently produced in Panamá, the distilling operation is moving to Aruba soon—so you’ll truly be able to sip local. Even now, everything is rooted in freshness: herbs used in their drinks and recipes are grown right in their own garden in Savaneta, adding a delicious farm-to-bottle touch.

Come during the day to enjoy tastings and spirit pairings, and return at night for the delicious food truck dinners—perfectly paired with a craft cocktail or signature rum. The vibe is stylish yet relaxed, making it one of the island’s most unique hidden gems.

Indoor and outdoor seating, bar seating.

Highly recommend making a reservation!!

For those late-night cravings after a few beers, look no further than the Colombian food truck across the street from Pika's Corner in Palm Beach!

It's the ultimate spot for a hearty meal, and our go-to order is the Chalo burgers, which come with a generous serving of fries.

One of my absolute favorite stops on the island for a refreshing drink is Dr. Green Veggies. They serve up huge, fresh-made lemonades with all kinds of fruity flavors and add-ins.

My personal favorites? The Strawberry Lemonade and the Cherry Limeade—both are so delicious, refreshing, and perfect for cooling off in Aruba’s heat.

You can find Dr. Green Veggies at the roundabout just south of the airport (Mahuma 21). Be sure to grab their brand-new loyalty card so you can earn rewards on your visits.

If you’re looking for a quick, tasty, and refreshing pick-me-up, Dr. Green Veggies is a must-visit!

If you’re in Aruba on a Saturday, don’t miss The Lionfish Shack—a true hidden gem that’s only open once a week.  They serve up delicious fish and chips and they are perfectly crispy.

It’s casual, outdoor seating with a laid-back vibe, or you can simply grab it to-go and enjoy it on the go.

Beyond being tasty, eating lionfish also helps protect Aruba’s reefs since lionfish are an invasive species. So yes—you’ll feel good about every bite!

Open Saturdays only 12pm-730pm

Located opposite Chalet Suisse in a convenient parking area on Eagle Beach, this delightful food truck awaits.

What sets it apart?  It's one of the few food trucks open for lunch daily from 11:30 am to 2 pm!

While the menu is concise, it's bursting with flavor—featuring steak, pork chop, chicken, shrimp, and fish served with your choice of rice, plantains, or fries, alongside a special side of the day.

Huge Portions!

If you’re looking for the best pastechi on the island (in my opinion!), head to Moko Snack Corner in Moko. Their pastechis are perfectly flaky, golden, and packed with flavor—my favorites so far in Aruba! You’ll find a variety of options like cheese, ham & cheese, chicken, and more.

Beyond pastechis, they serve up all the classic snack shack favorites like croquettes, pan sandwiches, and other tasty bites. The portions are generous, the food is fresh, and the staff is always super friendly and welcoming.

Delicious food, great service, and the kind of local spot that instantly makes you feel at home—what more could you ask for?

Open Daily from 5am-11am!

If you’re craving something cool, creamy, and delicious in Palm Beach, you’ve got to stop by Mythos Greek Yogurt — a local favorite for a refreshing treat! They have two convenient locations in Palm Beach: one in a beautifully painted little storefront next to Papia Mia and Kalibra, right across the street from the Barceló, and another in a cute camper-style setup across from The Holiday Inn.

Their Greek yogurt is thick, rich, and so good — the perfect balance of tangy and sweet. You can customize your bowl with tons of toppings, fruits, nuts, and sauces to make it exactly how you like it. Whether you’re grabbing breakfast, a mid-day snack, or a light dessert after dinner, Mythos hits the spot every time.

No longer a food truck and is now a permanent structure!!

Located behind Fat Tuesdays, to your right, next to Burger Bros!

This hidden gem serves up Pofferdories- a traditional Dutch treat of fluffy, mini pancakes.

Topped with melted butter, powdered sugar, and your choice of delectable sauces like Nutella or caramel, it's an irresistible indulgence.

Don't forget to greet Big Reckless if he's working-the cherry on top of your sweet adventure!
