Eagle Beach

Voted #1 Beach In The Caribbean!

Voted #2 Beach In The World!

Eagle Beach is located just south of Palm Beach.

Eagle Beach is also known as "the low-rise area" of Aruba!

TONS of room to spread out on this gorgeous beach

Palapas are spread out in different sections here.  It's a huge beach!  The Palapas not connected to resorts are in front of Oceania, but plan to go before 7am for these bad boys lol.  You can also utilize the Palapas at Amsterdam Manorthey won't kick you out as long as you're using your own beach chairs!

You can also use the trees for shade but you will be further from the water.  Please don't hang/swing from or hang things from the trees!!

Pro Tip:

Find the Fofoti tree for a good phot opp!

Get there EARLY for a palapa, before 9am

Not usually rocky here, shouldn’t need water shoes (I always keep mine in the rental or beach bag just in case)

Great for long walks

Great for hanging out ALL day

There are hotels, restaurants and bars all along Eagle beach, so it just
depends where you’re at along the beach

Umbrella and chair rentals & bathrooms available at Passions and Coco Loco.  They also serve food and drinks!

Easy, free parking, you have a few options.  At the north end, park in the new lot just south of the Turtle roundabout, along the street there will be parking spots in front of some resorts and then there are 2 lots down by Coco Loco!

Not great for snorkeling, IMO

PRO TIP:

Some great places to grab lunch here in Eagle beach!

Besides Coco Loco and Passions listed above, here are a few more!

I love Pizza Bob's, they have a great dine in or carry out special of a large pizza for the price of a Medium for happy hour for both lunch and dinner!  Located at the far end of the Costa Linda parking lot!

Also Kokoa at Aruba Beach Club (ABC) beach side dining with delicious food!

Mama's Food Truck is always a good option!  Open from around 1130am-2 pm!  Located in the parking area by the beach, across from Chalet Suisse!  Go early as they sell out!

Getateria Italiana is also a great stop for dessert!  Located inside La Cabana, find delicious gelato, Italian chocolate brownies, chocolate chip cookies and more!

Eduardo's at La Cabana is also an excellent place to stop for a morning smoothie or some delicious fruit or acai bowls!
